As a full financial member, you are cordially invited to attend the:

2019 Annual General Meeting (AGM)

When:         7.00pm - Friday 29 November 2019

Where:       Noarlunga Uniting Church

                   23 William Road, Christies Beach

The AGM will be open to all who wish to attend and participate in our official business.

The proceedings will be followed by a light snack, tea and coffee.

Please note:  Support and supervision for children cannot be provided at the AGM as a crèche will not be not available.

As per the constitution only full financial members may vote at the AGM.

If you are unable to attend but wish to vote, you can appoint a proxy being another full financial member of the association who must attend the AGM to vote. Please notify the board secretary at board_secretary@asperlutelyautsome.org by 18 November 2019 if you wish to appoint a proxy.

People wishing to stand for a board position must be nominated by a full financial member of the association and must forward that nomination via email to the board secretary by 18 November 2019.
